★ TERMS OF SERVICE
I reserve the right to include the commissioned work in my portfolio and commission sheets, but I'll always ask for permission to post it on my socials with a watermark and low quality with the commissioner's consent.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission if necessary, with a refund if the payment was already done.
Reselling, tracing or editing a commission is prohibited.
Using any part of a commission for non fungible tokens (NFT) or AI learning is not permitted.
The commissioner can post their commission online giving me credit.
The commissioner and other parties may not claim the commission as their own creation, nor display it as such anywhere.

I can draw: kemonomimi, softcore, bruises, blood, simple robots and armours, original characters, people in my style, some animals.
I won't draw: furry, bara, explicit content, extreme gore, offensive topics, others' artstyle, trace other's artwork.
Process
You can apply for a commission by contacting me on my socials (@OkiComa) or via email ([email protected]).
If you have a deadline in mind please let me know beforehand so I can organize my schedule properly. Finishing a commission usually takes me 1-2 months minimum, but it could take me less or more time depending on the complexity of the piece.
If you want an artwork or animation drawn by me, pick between any of my art styles first. Provide either a visual reference or explanation for the pose / facial expression of any character you want me to draw.
This also applies to animations. Videos or other animated references similar to your ideas are also welcome, and will help me to understand better what you want me to create.
Pricing and payment
Full payment before I start to animate / once the sketch is approved, via PayPal or Stripe. Final price will include extra fees from the chosen payment method.
Payment is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Final price will depend on the complexity of the commission and the number of pieces to be made.
Extra charge could be added depending on the amount of revisions that require major corrections (+15€ per revision). Minor changes won't be charged.
Commissions for commercial purposes will be charged with an extra free.
Original files / project files aren't handled for freelance work. If the client finds necessary to request them, the final price of the commission will increase. I won't send these files until the whole work is approved and finished. I must receive the full payment before sending the files.

These commissions include a transparent PNG of the character and a JPG of the character with a coloured or simple-decorated background, free of charge.

Animating artworks / designs made by other person requires their permission and the original piece in separate layers. If it doesn't come in separate layers, pricing will increase because I'll have to edit the piece for the animation.
Loops can last up to 10 seconds.
